1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Indiluv website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

4. Orders & Payments

By placing an order through our Platform, you are making an offer to purchase products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our security and fraud detection systems.

4.1 Payment Terms

We accept various payment methods as indicated on our Platform. By providing a payment method, you represent and warrant that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method
• The payment information you provide is true and accurate
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for orders placed

4.2 Order Processing

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that we have received your order but does not constitute acceptance of your order. We will send a separate email confirming shipment when your order has been processed and shipped.

4.3 Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and commence from the date of shipment, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays that are beyond our reasonable control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

5. Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, images, and information. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, or other content on our Platform are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Products displayed may vary from the actual products you receive due to factors including but not limited to:

• Display settings on your device affecting how colors appear
• Natural variations in handcrafted or artisanal products
• Changes in packaging by manufacturers

6. Pricing & Promotions

All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on our Platform and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during the checkout process.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be fair and transparent.

7.1 Order Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it has been shipped by contacting our customer service. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it according to our return policy.

7.2 Returns & Refunds

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We also accept returns of opened items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

To initiate a return:

1. Contact our customer service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
2. Package the item securely with all original packaging and accessories
3. Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
4. Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days.

7.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Perishable goods such as food items
• Personal care items that have been opened
• Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
• Gift cards or digital products

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Indiluv or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws.

The Indiluv name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Indiluv or its affiliates. You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of Indiluv.

8.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• Any resale or commercial use of our Platform or its contents
• Any collection and use of product listings, descriptions, or prices
• Any derivative use of our Platform or its contents
• Any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant
• Any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools

9. User Conduct

When using our Platform, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe the rights of others, including intellectual property rights
• Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresent yourself or your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our Platform or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our Platform
• Use our Platform for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms
• Submit false or misleading information
• Use our Platform to transmit any malicious code, such as viruses or malware

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates this provision, including removing the offending content, suspending or terminating the account of such violators, and reporting to law enforcement authorities.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Indiluv and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
• Damages relating to your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Any products or services purchased or obtained through the Platform

In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to Indiluv in the last six (6) months, or one hundred dollars ($100) if you have not made any purchases through the Platform.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. All changes are effective immediately when posted and apply to all access to and use of the Platform thereafter.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. We will provide notice of material changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms
• Posting a notice on our Platform
• Sending an email to registered users (for significant changes)

It is your responsibility to check these Terms periodically for changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using our Platform.
