- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
- Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
- Any products or services purchased or obtained through the Platform
In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to Indiluv in the last six (6) months, or one hundred dollars ($100) if you have not made any purchases through the Platform.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages. Therefore, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
